Code checksum guarantees the client hasn't been modified.
Parameter checksum guarantees the settings haven't been modified.
Level checksum guarantees the map hasn't been modified.
Thsi can be caused by using a bad bot, or tweaked client, in zones that allow VIE. It can also be caaused by a corrupt packet, which would normally be from a bad/noisy connection.
Parameter checksum can be caused when settings are changed right when the server requests this security check, which is done every 2 minutes.
In all cases, I wouldn't worry about it, unless the player exhibits strange behavior, or it happens every 2 minutes over and over. _________________ 4,691 irradiated haggis! |
