Type "need help attach" into continuum and dont press enter, but instead type Shift+F* (eg Shift+F2) and it will store what you typed. Then press Shift + F2 later to do it again.

This really isn't the right forum for that kind of question.

keep in mind its not just F12... check your keyboard settings for all the macro key bindings... all of those will work.
keep in mind that youll need to add any of the chat symbols first (IE //)

have fun...!
