have you considered 50%'s message plugin for mervbot?

Just cycle through the weather, Like make it rain for 10 minutes, then snow, then fog, and so on

If it has to be customized in any way i doubt ill know how, im not a bot person :-\ Never bothered to learn any of that stuff
