Is there a way for a sysop with FTP access to the server to get a bot running from a fresh *recycle where nothing's there? Thanks in advance.

If you're asking, will *recycle, recycle the bot core? hm no. However, mervbot _should_ re-enter after your *recycle...

Well, I don't know if it's setup correctly, but after I did the *recycle it didn't re-enter. I was simply asking if there is a way with zone sysop and ftp access to the server to get a bot online?

Sysops can't run programs on the server (I believe there used to be a command for this in VIE? But I digress...)

As Cypher said though, if the bot is *already* in the zone before you recycle, it should reenter again afterwards.

THere used to be a VIE command, but it was removed by Priit, I believe.

EDIT:*system (command) = Do DOS command access (priv to player or public to server) -REMOVED- (VIE Subgame)
