Yeah I know this has probably been up here a thousand times buuuutttt.....
After someone dies, instead of popping up somewhere else with new items, a recharge, etc, they pop up in the same place w/o a recharge, new items, etc and if they dir several times in a row (which is easy to do) they get kicked. is there a sett for that or do i have to do more stuff?

I think you have to make Kill:EnterDelay=0. Not sure bout that one though.
I'm not sure if there's a way to manipulate the kick-after-death yourself, but y0u could try playing around with Misc:MaxLossesToPlay.
