ok i follow every guide and none of them ever work, so im just going to post all my server.ini and subbill.ini and please just tell me what i need to change, and thank you if you can help.

If you're going to use a biller, make the [Billing] Port=185 and match it up with the subbill.ini port.

Your ports all ALL FOOKED UP

[Misc]
Port=2000 or something round like 3000, 10000, 25000, etc.
IP= your real ip... [url]http://www.whatismyip.com[/url]
[Billing]
Port=339 <~~~~~ Make 185
ServerId=188 <~~~~~ Make same as MISC Port
ScoreId=188 <~~~~~~ Make same as MISC Port

In subbill.ini
Make sure
Password= is the same password thats in the billing section of the server.ini
Port= make it 185

If you need a new copy of the server.ini which from the looks of yours you do, you can dl it from http://www.shanky.com/server/download/server.ini

Also, "all" the guides worked for me the very first time I ran a server...

You may not be some "computer nerd", which you obviously don't have to be to get a Subgame server to run.
Some people just aren't intelligent enough to understand a "guide" it seems.

You don't have to know "all these ports and ips and everything", you can even make some parts of it up, just some things have to be constant (which are described in the guides).
If you can't find out where the "[Misc] port" is at, do you even know where you are right now?
