Has anyone had this problem?
On both 1.1.6 and 1.1.7, on two different PCs running different versions of Redhat:
After compiling everything and then trying to connect, once it gets to the <contec> "asking key data", Continuum just sits there in the connecting window..
Replacing the compiled binary with the Grelminar's precompiled asss binary fixes the problem, though.
All of this is using the default settings straight out of the box (also tried with nullenc on, and cont enc off). |

My only guess would be a subtle module version incompatibility. But my binary is compiled from the same sources in the package, moments before it got zipped and uploaded. It's possible there are some glibc version issues too, although if that were the case I would expect the security modules to not load at all.
You tried compiling everything using the 1.1.7 package, using nullenc instead of enc_cont, using continuum 0.38, and it didn't connect? |

Everything except dbtool and scoring.so, beacuse I was having problems with them and my Berkeley install
Edit: It works if I compile it with Red Hat 8, but anything newer and it fails to work. |
