Could be that they were performing illegal actions (attempts at cheating/hacking server), got powered by *super or *ufo withought having at least a smod or their client/comp has problems causing it to lag and do weird things to packets they recive and send.
Level...I think this either attributes to levels of weapons (which means a cheating attempt) or the level of the zone IE the map, I tend towards the latter because it ussualy specify if it's about weapons.
But I have no idea what would cause map conflicts to flag security alerts, unless the map was changed somehow in the middle of the gameplay or something like that, which is 99% impossible AFAIK (IE client side, if the sysop changes the map the server should recycle, even if done via server.ini).
Is the player being kicked for these during gameplay or when downloading maps?
Because sometimes when the maps are big or something some problems exhibits between the long download time and lag flactuations, it might cause problems that will create such a violation kick out.
Eitherway, basically checksum mismatch means that there's a sagnificant difference between the data the server sends/recives to that of the client so the subgame's internal security systems decided to kick the player out.

Map, yes.
It might happen if you replaced the map outside of the game, while the server was running. _________________ 3y3 4m l33t h4x0r
