i want to start my own biller i have a very good connection and everything i wanna start a biller like SSI or SSC so where could i get any info on how to start one and where could i like d/l a start up thing like how u can d/l the server stuff is there a way i could d/l a biller thing

If you have no skill with hosting your gonna need to learn or youll never understand how to host multiple zones and keep up with them

You can download the SS biller from this site.
You might also wish to obtain catid's biller and its source code from his (site).

Anyway, to start a biller, you need a biller. I doubt anyone would want their zone on subbill or Catid's(There is a better version of it already avilable).

take an egg, break it, this is an advanced form of base-pair oriented hardware. it goes next to the processor, just put it on top (it seeps through in, oh, 3 hours) - you will have to open your case
