Could someone plz give an example of global.conf for me. I seem to have everythning correct but i have to custom add it and a staff member (rootbear 75) can't find it on the direcory list although he seems smart so it probably should be their. what i want is kinda what you have for you're global.conf "coding" .don't forget to exhange passwords with *** and such. this way i can get an example without the defaults that you get in the newly downloaded asss. btw i'm running asss 1.4.3 if that matters. |

Make sure the directory module is uncommented in modules.conf. _________________ This help is informational only. No representation is made or warranty given as to its content. User assumes all risk of use. Cyan~Fire assumes no responsibility for any loss or delay resulting from such use.

Well, did you forward the port your zone is running on, and the port+1? Like, if the port you are running on was 5000, did you forward 5000 and 5001? |

Here, um, try going to this site: http://www.portforward.com . Check what port your server is running on(it's in global.conf under Listen, it's probably 5000), and forward that port, and that port +1(i.e. 5000, 5001). If you need any more information, or if you want an explanation of what's going on and why you need to forward your ports, just say so. |
