Is there any way to restrict a staff member of use of a specific command? Let's say restrict a fellow sysop of *kill?

No, all staff are entitled to their powers on subgame.

There's nothing i can put in server.ini or sysop.txt?

No, you can only restrict powers to arenas.

You can restrict the usage of a single command zone-wide..

Code: Show/Hide

DisablePubCommands=1*scorereset,1/*scorereset,*shutdown,*timer,*sendto,*specall
DisablePvtCommands=*shutdown,*sendto

Yeah, but that'll disable every staffer from using it. He wants it restricted for a specific staffer.
