Did ASSS fix the downloading of zones so people download with a speed depending on their connection speed? Would help me alot since i need to make a kinda large zone.
Im fairly new so i dont know shit about ASSS yet.
(Time to start learning)

I guess what Witchie is asking is default behaviour of as3? (Asss doesn't have a bandwith limit when downloading maps/lvz like subgame has?)

Bak, I don't see what your bug report has to do with Witchie's question.

downloads are slow in asss, witche was wonder if there was a fix, which there is.

ok so i for instance (max of 4mb/s) download AS3 zones faster then Subgame zones? Coz subgame has a limited bandwidh?

No, the fix bak is talking about is a bug fix. You're talking about something else.
