I'm looking for two software recommendations for the following software:
1. Packet Monitor - I am currently using CommView, which works great, but I was wondering if anyone thought there was a better product out there. OpenSource, or at the very least free would be nice. (commview is rather pricy). I have also checked out LinkFerret, but it's nowhere as robust as CommView is.
2. Wirless network connection strength graph - the capability to see the graph in the tool bar would be nice. This seems to be a tricky one???, i guess because of the card support issue. I have been using netstumbler, but i'm looking for something more graphical. I am about to preview passmarks utility, but was wondering if anyone else had input on this one. |

Uhm, isn't CommView for wireless?
I use Wireshark (former Ethereal).
NetStumbler is nice, is all I can say about it. |
