I was wondering if anyone had a seperate banning module for linux distro?? Or do I now have to waste even more time getting one made?

or perhaps he doesn't want to use a billing server and still wants the benefits of some billing servers' banning utilities.

Doesn't help for banning IPs and ranges of IPs.
