Whats with this anti-gay rhetoric on MGB? Seriously, I've seen football players on Church Leagues who are more open minded then some of you little shits. It's almost like you're so afraid of the thought of "gay" that you have to mock, ridicule and flee its pressense for fear it will turn you, and you know what causes that right? Insecurity in your own sexuality.

You see, they did this study a couple years ago. In this study they sat down people secure in their sexuality (Straight, Gay and Bi-sexual.) and individuals who where straight but insecure (i.e. the Football players, or guys who portrayed this overly masculine image to make themselves feel "good" about themselves.)

What happened: In this study both the secure and insecure people where shown the same stock of pornographic images, these images included straight, bi-sexual and homosexual sex acts, as well as images of single people.

What did they find: The insecure individual was more likely to be aroused by the material of a homosexual nature than someone who was openly homosexual; gasp! Thats right, you see many males, and females alike, often have a "fight or flight" responce to homosexual media. Not because they hate it, infact it's quite the opposite. They, infact, love it - and more-so than not then people whom are openly gay - their reaction is often because of the emotions they feel. You see they experiance this excitement and, where most often, brought up in either a strong masculine home where homosexuality was saw as being a "sissy," or participated in sports where they had found themselves around members of their own sex, often scantaliy clad, and fought their own - how we say - intrests.

Sadly, I can't help but think with all the guys on this board who often attack anything that remotely ressembles homosexuality there must be a lot more closet gays in this world than they care to admit. Afterall, I'm straight, I've had more sexual partners than just my right hand, and yet I'm the one getting called out for being homosexual because I have a ambigous avatar? If it threatens you that much guys, you really need to question yourselves instead of me. I know where I stand, and I can care less what the rest of you think; I just hate to see people too ashamed to admit what their hearts want because of some macho-straight bullshit their daddies, who was probably in the closet himself, taught them.

I never thought anything wrong of your avatar. I don't even know you. I'm not really sure on that study. That is pretty interesting. I really don't care what people think of me. I care somewhat about my looks. Things like combing my hair and brushing my teeth but I'm not homosexual because I brush my teeth am I? I don't agree with people being homosexual. I am all for doing what you feel is right, just not when it's against God. I'm not trying to throw religion into this, it's just my point of view.

Notice the last bit. Just because your gay at one point of your life doesn't mean your going to hell. You can repeant and you will be forgiven. Just like the other sins. If anyone tells you your going to hell for being gay simply quote those verses. It's not their place to say what God decides.
