Hey, if anyone is interested in making a template or a website for a zone, please e-mail me at admin@ssenetwork.com. Or if you already have a template that's not being used, that'd be great too.

I'm in dire need of a template, and I've got way too much going on to make a template.

I won't give out information unless I recieve an e-mail from someone who is interested. Thanks for the time.

I get low FPS and tearing when I try and view that website.

That website is alot to load, it has many templates text and graphic templates. Also some PHP scripts and lots of tutorials.
