This is what I used to speak of.

Newb zones, given SSC access, BanG access, and then the zone's owner give access to his newbie friends who don't even have a clue how to properly operate said power.

Sad what this game came to.
At least they're asking for help instead of blazing innocents with power until they realise what they're doing (then again, from this specific post, I sense the asked help comes as an effort to correct a past mistake - some poor sucker got banged).
