Hi, is it possible to use programs like servany.exe to make subgame2.exe run as a service in windows 2000? Any issues?
I would like to run it as a service to make it viewable from any terminal service session that log in to the server. Otherwise if one starts the subgame in one terminal session, others can't see it.

If you run it as a service, it won't appear with a visual screen if i remember correctly, so you won't see the session at all. Also, if you shutdown the server, servany.exe won't shut it down correctly as it needs to, so make sure you shut it down via *shutdown in game before hand. |

Ok. So how do you normally handle remote access to your server? Using something else than terminal services? Because if one uses terminal services one has to remember to not log off the session where you started subspace. Kinda risky . And there is no way to connect to the "console" session from a terminal session either.
