Each of the coding forums have little sections in which users can add links. Now some of them, such as the Non-Subspace Related Coding forum, won't have anything in them for a bit until projects are created (hint hint Sercit). But Misc User Apps, ASSS Custom Projects, Bot Questions can all use your help adding links. Just quote the original post, fill in the format or make your own and submit.

Add links even if you are not the maintainer. I'd prefer if the one running the project would post the data, as they are usually the most knowledgable, but anyone can do it. If you'd like to add one for someone else, just tack onto the end of your post "please edit post to XXX" and I can change the poster from you to the other user.
