I was wondering how I could extract OGG files? I didn't find anything good so way wondering anyone got a program that can extract the ogg files?

Search for that.
Use keywords such as "decoder", "extract", etc.

Zinf will play Ogg Vorbis files.

I don't think he understood that OGG was a music format and not a zip format.

"heres the song u wanted" -> sees OGG, doesn't recognize, thinks song is zipped inside.
