Server Help

I'm playing around with mambo, trying to see if I can figure it out, and I am not getting anywhere. So I've got a few questions.

First, where in the heck do I go to edit the navigation menu? I've searched the whole thing, and didn't find it.

Second, what's a good site that I can go to to download templates?

Any help would be appriciated, thanks.
