Is this configuration right if I want bot to ignore all public commands, and only make through pms? I dont know what no terminal- means so just wondering if i did this right

Yeah, DisablePubCommands=1 is right. NoTerminal means the output text & statistics sent to the MERV terminal (the DOS window thingy).

If you want it to be a bit faster, yeah. But you can also see if there are any errors or anything that upsets MERV in the terminal.

Just keep NoTerminal at 0, it won't do any harm.
