This is not mindless ranting, nor is it immature flaming, but I feel that the behavior of Confess+ (Confess) needs to be addressed. I have a history of problems with him, all of which, in retrospect, were his problems with me. I feel these past events need to be told to the fellow members of the subspace zone community. I ask you to take me seriously and refrain from blowing me off...

I'll start by saying that I am a personal friend of an active ss player by the name of Black Dracula (Reknown in SSC) and quite a while ago, we teamed up to make a zone by the name of Pitch Black. Don't get me wrong, he did practically all the work, but this was the first time we ever really did an ss related thing together. Either way, he had this map that he was using. Everything went really well, until summer vacation came and the project got blown off. Either way, I signed up for AIM and we started being more and more active together, and we decided to remake a new zone by the name of Genesis. We used the same map, but made it an infantry themed zone. We got the ships from a friend named k.i.l.l and Black Dracula had originally gotten the map from a friend who Confess+ told me is now retired. Anyway, the map was from a zone i believe was called Angelic Warfare. So we're working on the zone and Confess+ pops in saying we stole his map. His accusation is that it was a dev map in his infantry zone which later showed up on his AOG crap. Either way there was no trace of the map there. Now, we ignored Confess+ and decided we wanted to get the zone hosted. We got so far as to get it hosted from xrestassuredx and while showing him the zone confess pops in and harrasses me. xrestassuredx, a respected member of the community and SSXR owner listened to his argument because he didn't want a stealer on his server. So after some comparison he decided that with the massive retilings and renovations of Black Dracukla's (the shape was the only same thing, and even it was edited for safes) that he was on our side. So we were looking forward to our zone getting hosted when Confess+ offers my friend ownership of a zone called Assault. This is the part of the story that Confess+ will undoubtebly lie about, but I'm tired of his shit. I'm telling the truth and only the truth. After giving ownership to Black Dracula, he came up with his AOG thing. You all know what that means. Black Dracula became the zone keeper and lost actual ownership. At the time, without Black Dracula, I was incapable of keeping a zone myself. I had no choice but to ditch the project and learn how to do everything myself. Either way, me and Black Dracula are still friends, although I am banned from every zone Confess+ has dominion over. I learn that by two weeks, Confess has dropped the Assault project. I haven't seen it up in forever, and there's absolutely no work being done on it. As a matter of fact his singular big project became Super Fortress, which he didn't even make. I don't know how he got ownership and I don't care either. Well in teaching myself to be a zone owner I went through alot of zones testing stuff out, that don't exist anymore. These include Galaxian Prime, Star Wars Galaxies and a few others that were simply to test things. Well now Black Dracula starts a zone called Living Bliss and I start one called Thunderball (now called Galaxian Conquest) and we had fun helping each other out for a while. Turns out that Living Bliss uses the map which caused so much controversy between me and him, along with the Pitch Black settings, in an infantry theme. So I'm a bit confused. Turns out Confess+ doesn't care who uses it... He just doesn't want ME using it, because I stood up to him. At this time Galaxian Conquest is going well, and I really don't like Confess+ so I just figure it's best to just leave it be. Anyway, I log in to play in my friend's zone and Confess+ is there. He says, "wtf black, which side are you on?" or something stupid like that. Then he bans me. I have no idea why, and he informs me through Black Dracula that I stole Assault's ships! Now I have no idea what the hell he's talking about, because these ships are available on two major zone owner's sites (ssrecourse and ssdownloads) and I didn't get to play in Assault for long after he banned me. He also accuses me of ripping off Assault's settings and gameplay. I haven't been in Assault for over a month and I made the settings myself. What's even more ridiculous is that my zone is strictly balling and Assault is flagging. So that's where I stand. Banned from my friend's zone, and under constant harrassment about stealing from a zone that I cannot access. In summary, this guy is a power whore who wants nothing more but control over anything he can egt his hands on. he will do whatever is necessary to hurt people he dislikes, and he makes promises that he does not fulfil to do so.

woah woah woah woah woah, no. You've messed up to many things in that.

First off, I asked black what GROUP he was on, for the SSI billing, he was on group 1 instead of 8 (mine).

Now, I went into the Galaxian prime and saw you where using the map, i said "Hey look man, this map is stolen, and belongs to me, BUT as long as you release it is mine, and accredit me for it, i could care less" you said "This isnt your map! Black made it!" I say, "Look, i dont care, just know that it is my map" same response. I go to Black and tell him that the map belonged to me. He agrees, and takes the map down. I say "Ok, you can use it, but Soldat may not" Why did i say soldat could not? Because he was unwilling to accredit me for it.

After a little while, Black comes to me and says "Look, I want to create another zone, can you help me?" And i say "As a matter of fact, i have a zone for you that you can have" about 2-3 hours later, i come up with teh idea of AOG, and i say "Assault will be in AOG", and yes, i have every right to say so since it is my zone. He agrees.

Assault was just taken down about a week ago. Plus, has been up and on. Black decided he wanted to work on another zone. He uses the map i said he could use, on condition that soldat could not have ANYTHING to do with teh zone.

The reason i had talked to xrestassuredx is because you had been using a stolen map, i showed him the original, and he was a little weary about it, but then was willing to not host you untill you used an unstolen map.

KTG posted that before i had posted the thing about someone going around, after knowing this, he said "oh, i hope we catch the perp that did this"

Ships- I said that the only reason you where using them is because you where trying to copy assault.
Settings- The settings are very simular, BD even SAID so to you, so shh.

No, the map was not in Ambiet warfare or w/e that was. The map was a dev map in Ghost Recon, as i had told you. Zephyer was the creator. He no longer plays SS.

You havnt been in it in over a month? I seem to remember just last week you where in it. You where saying "hey this is pretty good". The first thing you did after you where unbanned was check out Assault.

On AIM you had said "I dont care about teh ban" yet you whine and complain. What can whining and complaining do? Especially on mgb? Your ban will not be lifted, no matter how much you fucking whine. The SSI rules protect you from being removed.

The first thing you say soldat is "I have a history with him" what does this intale? You have done something to piss me off, causing me to ban you/etc.

Ill put Assault in a sub at SF untill i can find a new ZK, but, i want you guys to do this, come to the arena (when its up) then go to his zone. You'll notice that they are VERY simular. Was this the reason he was banned? No. He was banned because after being banend before, and being ban lifted he promised that he would not do such a thing

The fact is this- The map is mine, you took it, i banned you and revoked the right for you to be in any zone with that map. Shortly after i am requested by Black Dracula to unban you, i take into his pley (sp?) and lift your ban. You go into assault, play it for quite a while. 1 week later, you violate your "parole" if you will, i ban you.

If they dont, ask the person who might be hosting them to not untill the stolen property is removed?
