It won't host the zone from my computer (that i made). Is there anything I can do...have a changed something, that i shouldn't have, or is the problem just in my computer/internet?

either you messed with the settings or you are behind a firewall. Read the documentation on your router in order to open up the necessary ports.

Also, you really shouldn't mess with settings without knowing what they are for.
I don't even feel like going correcting your mistakes just because I'm tired of doing it, and because it's too much.

err..I mean they aren't the same IN THAT POST that what I'm using in the REAL server.ini, but it's saying that "Connection to billing server timed out" after it did connect err...this suck...no..wait...I suck at this >.>

Even if my checker was still up (which would only require me to delete a .htaccess) it wouldn't be used.
