how do i connect my zone to the central player data base can sum one tell me then my zone will be up and running just go to download zones and it will be there called mini battles but first can sum one tell me how to connect my zone to the central player database

The central player database is the biller. Use subbill that came in your server.zip (if subgame) as your biller.

You won't get on the central player database server (SSC) without a high population, good hosting and a trustworthy staff.
Use your own biller, or get hooked up with a seconday billing server.

If you're going to host your own biller, at least use SSB2, and not subbill.exe.
