I got the server running and a map and all that and i can go in to the zone but other people cant get in!!!! I have a router and a firewall and i opened up the ports!!! what else can i do???

What i believe they maybe doing is trying to say that you didn't explain your question in the beginning very well. What do other people see on their menu when they try to add your zone, red or green? If it is red, you also need to open the port you currently have forwarding for your zone, and also that number plus one. So if your server.ini's [Misc] Port=510, you need to forward both 510 and 511. You also need to make sure your forwarding over atleast the UDP protocol. Most routers will just default to forwarding only the TCP/IP over, while SS uses UDP. If you forward both TCIP/IP and UDP, thats fine.

i dont know what udp is and i dont send out tcp or watever lol. and like when pll try to get the zone list my zone isnt on the list if u wanna check it called GW>Extreme Wars. thx

i looked through my whole manual for my router and it says nothing about the upd protical how do i install it but my computer does have tcp/ip installed so thats running
