The program kinda displays an error that states, "Missing File called Win32x.dll"

So...what now? I tried searching for it, but there's nowhere that has it. >_<

subbill should work on XP.

I've used it on XP, Server 2003 and windows 98se

Yup, never had any issues of it not running on Win98, nor XP home. :/ What kind of error do you get?
