Baks lvz image placer dosnt work. When i download it nothing opens what do i do?

It takes a rather long moment just to load. Make sure you have the JRE, then run the program and just leave your computer alone for a minute or two.

Theres is nothing to open, no icon to use, i do have Java runtime installed (latest version)
