Server Help

My server always appears red!
I followed weavil's little tutorial on router config (which is much appreciated), and I followed them as closely as I could. But when I try out my zone, it appears red and I can't access it! My router is an SMC 7004abr (I followed PortForward's How-To's) in case you need to know.
Here are some things I'm sure I did:
- Set a port in my server.ini file
- Forwarded the same port (and port+1) on my router settings
- Typed in my IP in the "ServerIP=" setting in server.ini
- Typed in "127.0.0.1" for [Billing] "IP=" in server.ini

However
-I couldn't find an option to "Block WAN request", however I did find one that says "Discard PING from WAN side". Do I enable or disable this?


Another thing worth noting is that I tried out the server on my friend's computer and it worked fine. He uses WinMe with no router, and I use Win2k with a router. So it's likely it's a router issue, though I thought OS might do something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...this router has caused me nothing but trouble and I can't disconnect it or else it just defeats the purpose of having a router

did u change ur server IP in zone.dat
Use "localhost" in Billing IP
