I kept trying, but I cant seem to comile. It gives giving me a number of errors. I even tried just doing what was said in Underlord's tutorial of the spawn.cpp, spawn.h, and command.cpp, still gave me errors. I'm using Bloodshed's Dev C++. |

I use Microsoft C++ Embedded to compile and edit. Works fine for me. Why don't you just use that. |

Yes.
You need the Windows Platform SDK. But I think at least a partial version of it comes with Dev-C++.
I have been able to compile the exact source up on the site right now with Dev-C++. I was the one who modded it after all. _________________ This help is informational only. I think CE Platform SDK came with Microsoft's C++ program. My guess is in the setup, it asks you if you would like to install it optionally (but it is necessary). |

Isn't Windows' Platform SDK available (free) on one of Microsoft's websites? |

Yes I think you can get it on Microsoft's site, but I'm not too sure about getting it on a CD. |

Yes, it's free at the website, but it's a large download. |

Is there a reason the embedded visual c++ keeps going not responding after I create the new project file? |

Shouldn't freeze at all. Are you doing anything in the script that might cause this issue? I never have had a problem like this before. |

I installed it and ran it. It works fine until after I create a project, the it shows at bottom left, that its loading classes or w/e then my computer shows that its not responding. |
