ICN Billing is now open to the public. ICN is being hosted on a t1 line thanks to 7<IllerII. If you would like to have your zone/server put on the network please post here or use another form.

I ask that if you have your zone/server on the biller that you make your hosting name something to the lines of "<Letter>CN"
Such as "PCN". Although it is not required, it is just another way of getting rid of the SS<Letter> factor. I simply "ask" that you use it.
The biller was just put up tonight, and there are still updates that need to be made to the biller.

I am wanting to create a massive biller, on which a lot of servers would connect to. This way we can all be connected in one way or another.

Wouldnt it be cool if we all were connected to the same biller?

Anyone who connects to the biller will recieve Netop lvl 1,second highest, unless i see a problem with people having netop. I will only give out netop to people who are trusted in the SS community. If you are not trusted, or are new, you will be given groupop lvl 1.

The advantages of being on my biller are that we will be a stable, reliable biller. There will be updates as soon as security threats are issue, along with updates when new features are added. Take for exable, right now, tehsu is working on the ?bnews and ?bstaff. Along with some other stuff. As soon as the final is released, we will be updating the biller.

SSI has lost there source codes, therefore they cannot edit ANYTHING on the server, unlike them, we can. Therefore we will continue to update the biller, and make it better. ICN billing wants to maintain a family like environment. If you have a problem, or a suggestion, we are here to help. It is not hard to get on our billing service, simply ask one of the staff members and we will put you on the network.
SSI will only give you groupop lvl 1 billing, but we are going to try and give you netop lvl 1 in hopes that you will help maintain the biller and make it better. Because you are a netop, if you abuse, we will have to either demote you, or remove you from the biller.

Very same same as other billers online.
But all your commands are the same as on SSI or Versetti´s. TeHsU never made a biller and he as no idea what he is doing. But thats me, and maybe other programmers will tell you the same....

afaik SSI is still open for doing a ton of Billing hosting

the only thing they're missing (atm) is easy access to scores (for putting on sites, etc)

Tehsu has been very helpfull to me, and he knows exactly what he is doing. He has added many things to the biller for me, including things that ver was to lazy to do himself.

TB999, you are welcome to join our biller. I will give you netop lvl 1 Because i know that you can be trusted.

As ive been telling other people, atleast let your zones decide whether they want the biller you are on, Or the ICN biller.

I don't think SSC is the dominate biller, other than the respect to number of players that are on it. SSN er, Maucaub's biller is by far, the best biller software that I've seen/used. Catid's is alright; but SSC's is severly outdated.

Just like you said; SSC has the most players. It has the most zones and all of the higher quality zones are on it. Not saying that all the zones on SSC are high quality, but you get what I mean.

The other billers, though having more features in comparison to SSC have much less zones and players. Therefore, they will never rise up to be a real competitor to SSC. You can't really chat with other people in other zones since 90% of them are all on SSC.

Look, im wanting to maintain a respectable, family biller that rivals or surpasses the SSC biller. If you want to help my, I ask that you join ICN. The zone owners will not recieve netop, and yet they will not recieve zone op. They will recieve groupop in hopes that they will also help the biller grow. As I said, as soon as i see the slightest bit of abuse, i simply demote or remove them. Its up to you whether you want to keep your biller spot.

The server owners will recieve netop, and we possibly will ask them that they stay on a certain group, and then give the zone owners access to that group.

If you are not going to connect your server to ICN, atleast let your zones have a choice of connecting to the default biller, or the ICN biller. If you do so i will give you groupop or netop <i have not decided yet, it may depend on the person> this way you can manage/add zones.

Edit-
One thing i was wanting to do, if the program actually works out, and we are able to unite the servers/zones was talk to the council and see if we could make the biller an "Official Non SSC Biller" in which the little "Warning this zone is not connected to the central database" message would go away. And possibly, we could somehow make it so people could talk in between the billers. Possibly a command such as ?billerswitch -t=msg:<name>:<message>

Not to be discouraging, but presenting a biller that is the same as, say, Catid's but with the added possibility of abuse is not all that encouraging. Server owners (like me) don't want to switch when there's no outrageous advantage just because it's work. And we don't like work. We especially don't want our zones spread all over the place in terms of billing, making it hard to establish a good control system. Sorry.

About your whole SSC thing:
Yes, SSC needs to be updated. However, they are, as 1st Strike said, the kings. Microsoft sucks, but people still use it. And I really doubt whether you'll convince Priit to bother modifying Continuum just for your biller. Why would he? It just gives him less control.

Him making it "official" wouldnt have anything to do with altering continuum.

Unless you wanted to decrypt the special things the SSC biller sends to emulate them in yours, yes, Continuum would have to be modified.

So far ive been getting good reviews, even Platinum-Halo responded. The only people not giving good reviews, to be honest, is you sideburn.

If we can make ICN a good, popular thing, then im sure other billers would join. Sideburn, you do not control all of SSA, you dont even pay for any of it, therefore DONT make decisions for it. Its Top Gun.'s decision, NOT yours.
