... it appers red (offline) to everyone else....
also, how can i "scramble" my IP so people cant see it like on the other zones.... |

You can't hide your IP. That's the only way the server knows how to send packets back to you. It's like trying to have a back and forth discussion with a pen pal using the wrong return address. _________________ 4,691 irradiated haggis! |

| A trace shows all the IP address of all the routers the packets go through from the source to the destination. |

No, all the routers it's going through. | Do you have a firewall? You have to open an additional port for players to see "zone pings". It's the normal port plus one. So if the server is running on port 5000, you need to open port 5001 as well. |

No, you can't just safely shut off the firewall.
