Uhh.. I need help with allowing ports with my microsoft broadband usb adapter.

Best method: Google + the search term of your router's model number, and the word manual. Download a PDF file explaining how to use your router, and read up the section on how to do port forwarding for your system.

There are two ports you'd need to forward. Your Server.ini's [Misc] Port= value, and the next number. Say your port is 2000. Forward both 2000 and 2001 (UDP protocol) to your computer.
