Actually, you know what, I was going to outline what they did wrong, and how a professional would've handeled it, but instead I'll just say this much (since I'm a tired lazy bastard who rather game than waste time to write):
The first thing anyone do is goto internic (or whoever) and pull a rapsheet on your domain.
If you can't do that first thing faked right, then you might as well abandon the rest.
