K my router just took a crap and it has no warrenty.... Linksys
Gonna spend about 50 for another router... which brand should I get this time? Linksys has dropped the price on my old one down to 49 and netgear has a couple for the same price.... Theres a few brands i've never heard of so I guess I need to choose between netgear and linksys... What ya'll think? |

Cisco is a very serious brand. If you're not using this for a business or something heavy duty, I'd recommend staying with Linksys or Netgear.
They both have a pretty good reputation, I'd say Linksys is a bit better quality, but Netgear is a little bit cheaper. Your choice, really.
Looking at your Netgear one there, it's only about 20 cents cheaper than the Linksys BEFSR41 so I'd go with the Linksys in that case. _________________ This help is informational only. Why are you buying a router at WalMart
I have both linksys and netgear routers, have never had trouble with either. _________________ There are no stupid question, but there are many inquisitive idiots.

Linksys gives me nothing but trouble. Drop Linksys and go with netgear. _________________
