cyan could you posibly reveiw my ini files i seriously dont know whats wrong.

The problem is that you put literally "[X]" for your ports. If you read my Server - Biller post completely, you'll see I said to replace [X] with a number of your choice.
Just replace it with 1100 or something.

And btw, don't ask for just me, cause I'm not the best and chances are I won't get to you first. (I just happened to this time
