SSI still offers free billing to any host. Ive seen lots of people offering private billing, which is great, dont get me wrong. Ive also seen lots of confusion over the following statement: "Billing is currently only available to zones on dedicated servers." This is not exclusive to oc-4 or t3 hosts, but even offered to cable hosts. Lets define "Dedicated Server": Dedicated servers simply means anyone who wants to be an actual host, but is not dial-up or for 3-hour a day hosts. This means that hosts like SSEZ, or other 1-2 zone hosts, can recieve SSI billing.

While I still believe that people running thier own billing server for other people is a good thing, its still my job to push SSI.

Long story short, SSI still maintains open billing to any host, even cable.

Didn't Turf Arizona merge with Warzone CTF?

They still have SSCI Turf Arizona under their hosted zones section but on http://www.wzctf.net/news.php , posted on January 14th, shows Turf Arizona as part of Warzone CTF now.
