Divide error. Probably due to a divide by zero somewhere. Check your cfg and ini files and make sure that only boolean (1 or 0/T or F values) are set to 0. Make sure that SpawnRadius and other things are set to 1 or larger.

Also, make sure you have at least one prizeweight above 0.
