The hosting is full. Billing is never full, just approval is now stricter than simply everyone.
Why did you spam this?
Besides, T1 is extremely exessive.

i got someone that is gonna do it in less than a mounth but they have OC $$ located in USA too. That means players will have lag that is like 50 not 390 $$  |

Again, the connection of the biller will not effect players lag to any noticable degree. THe biller is purely backend of the server despite what you may think. There is some interacting with the biller, but minimal. |
