You gotta forward the ports to your computer. If you use DHCP from the router, I recommend setting a permanent IP to your computer.
Say x = Server.ini:Misc:Port and y = subbill.ini:Misc:Port. Then, you need to forward x through x+1 and y through y+1.
If you have no clue what I am talking about, I'll make myself more clear. Please include the model of your router if you need more help.
