how di#o i enable them... and how can i transfer flags to them???

i believe a priv freq is a number that is like in the thousands...but i do not think u mean this type of priv freqs...do u...?

Private frequencey are all those above 99ghz.

They should be enabled when you first set up server.
How do you transfer flags to them? Confused.

That's for transfering flags to someone on your team. Not for transfering between freqs.
