Server Help

i set up the server.ini and subbill.ini for my zone, but when i open subbull and then subgame2, i get an error on subgame2 stating
"ERROR: could not connect to billing server"
"starting in stand-alone mode"
can somone help me fix this?

eh... i found the problem, i forgot to change the port in the subbill.ini i got it to work now so...k.

but now i dont see my zone in the zone list, and i did what the FAQ on www.shanky.com/server said and it didnt help
