Server Help

I'm running PriitK's directory server, and to verify that there's at least one zone connecting 17th Parallel added the dir server to their server.ini. I posted on SSforum.net but 2 forums is better then 1. So, here's the whole of my problem:

We're trying to setup a directory server and so far haven't had any luck. Both ports 4990 and 4991 are open (UDP). No zone can add themselves to it but you can download it. The zones only show up with their local IP's though.

One more thing, all these zones haven't been added to the dir server. They just sort of "discovered" it. They're on the same network. The dir server is on a different box + ip though.
