I played SS many years ago ...

I want my kids to have a go at playing, but .....

I want to host my own server - kinda like a minecraft server. Something where my kids can invite their friends to join them ....

There are 2 main reasons Im not keen on them just joining in on a public server ...

One: the pub chat isnt really PG
Two: we are in rural Australia and we lag so bad, its the reason I gave up

I know my kids and their friends would love SS and I would really like to get this running ... can someone point me in the right direction to figure/learn how to set this up ...

I have set up minecraft servers/worlds for them ... now I want a SS server ....
