Just came to my attention I have proof of all this. The greetings on the bot is the same one my ranker uses slightly modified. She stole my bots and my graphics.
The proof is on the 2nd line from NF-Buy. Where it says the following.

You may only use ships 5 (Grenader) and 8 (Flagger)! Until you reach 100000 points.

If you come into my zone SSW Battle Field 2 you will see that the ship names have the same names and that the entrance of that rank has the same message. This is a custom rank bot. The part that she changed is right above it. Hello! Newbie Spyed!

This is not a screenshot of my graphics this is a screenshot of a chatlog and mk graphics. I was unable to take a screen because i was kick'd out by night_fox before i could press the button. This screen was taken by Spyed.

He admits he believed she got them from Lord Assasin the SSZ host who stole my files 2. Just I never had enough proof to come forward I only had testimonials from his staff members. Eitherway they were stolen and he knew it and didn't even bother to tell someone who practically made his entire zone "invander-zim" that she had them and was giving them out. he still says he never saw anything stolen? for real? so the ai's were given to her huh by someone with permission to give them out? meaning zim gave her the ai's. yeah fucking right. I spoke with zim and he didn't say shit about giving her the ai's. you are just as responsible as Night_Fox and MS-DOS. Man up and take responsibility for your actions. You can deny it all you want we both know the truth. You betray'd me, zim and everyone who ever look'd up to you in the ss community. Take responsibility for your actions and admit it.

Just a reminder of why MS-DOS is responsible.
These files were supposed to be completely deleted from his server when I left and he kept a copy and then allow'd Night_Fox to use them as Night_Fox was not even playing SS at the time these bots were in use.


I vote to remove ssn from the directory server for stealing files from SSCI Gundam Wing and from stealing files from every hosted zone. These ai's are the ones from there slightly modified for me only.

Yes I did see the AI bots I never denied that, but I was fully under the impression that she was allowed to have them and she was just testing them out and what not. And how dare you say I betrayed zim, becuase I would never betray him. Don't try to pull little guilt trips and symphasizers on your side becuase I was as ignorant about them as the next person who saw them. And for not telling zim, out of ignorance, since I figured she'd gotten them with premission, I appologize to zim, as I was going to when he got on anyways, and to straighten out whatever else BS you had to tell him. To say I'm as responsible as NF or MS in the matter would be like saying that an owner of an inn would be responsible for a king commiting murder while staying in a room he lent out, unbeknownst to the owner of the inn. Even though the owner had seen the dagger, before the killing, but thought it to just be an innoccent dagger.

I did see the bots but thats all I ever saw, and I will still say I never saw anything of your graphics in there, and I went in there at least once a day, even though the arena was changing every day I probably would have seen it unless it was up for like an hour.

And FYI: Zim didn't make our entire zone, he did a plugin for us and our magnificent shipset, although I appreciate Zim like I appreciate our very moon, he didn't make MK, just putting that for th record.

I don't like using conversations since they can be miscontrued, but this one isn't, and I had to clear up the previous quotes of Psy's which he conviently chopped up properly. Although if you want the whole convo I saved it and I can send it to you just IM me "Lumenesc" or give me your email.

PS: Are you saying MK is a half ass zone 1st?

EDIT: Oh and I never knew she was giving them out, except she said we could use them for MK, and I was going to ask Zim before we thought of using them.

that was before you admited that you were allowing her to use the ai bots that were stolen from me. so yes you are responsible.


Also the dll that Spyed sent me was just identified by zim as the BF ai.dll The dll was stolen and given out without permission. Lume you can't talk yourself out of your hole. Talking to me is what put you in it in the first place. Keep talking to dig yourself further in.

Cerium its not about the money its about letting everyone know that you cannot trust SSN so they don't do this to anyone else. Pretty much anyone who will develop anything worth stealing comes here and needs to know that they would be better off on a 56k host. Night_Fox and MS-DOS are theifs and should be punish'd by the SS community by having there server removed from the directory list. All the new developers go to them for hosting and get mistreated and discouraged from developing anything and only reason lume likes them is cause they suck up to him so they can have a zone that has a population. Is this really the way it is going to be for new developers? I know if I was treated the way they treat the new people I would of said fuck this and quit. LiveForce didn't know how to run his box properly thats true but atleast he didn't take my shit and put it up in another zone or give it away or treat me like a complete idiot and shut the zone down just cause i sent him a email saying the ftp wasn't working *caugh* MS-DOS. So for that LiveForce I'd like to apologize and thank you. But back to the topic, this is just rediculous the way they are allow'd to do. This is unjust and is totally fucking up atleast 50% of the new developers thoughts of continueing to work on this game. It is the worst host I've ever been on and am ashamed that I ever had anything to do with SSN. I've been hosted by SSZ, SSL neither one of them were how a server should of been run but by far SSN is the worst host I've ever seen. If your looking for a host for your zone go for someone with a cable modem or dsl, avoid SSN until a server comes along that knows wtf its doing. I would say go to SSI but they wont accept anyone under 18 and most of the new developers are younger then that, you could lie tho 1st would never know as long as you act mature.

Another thing my zone was removed from SSN because I banned someone for impersonating staff that attempting to gain smod powers. He claims that I had no reason but he never once would try and despute them with me. Reason he really shut me down is clear to me now. I updated the ai's with a username lock, meaning they only spawn with my bots names. Since he was unable to change the name on the new version he shut me down because he knew he would not be getting any further updates.

Oh and MS and NF don't suck up to me, they are nice yea, but in know way do they suck up. I am netop true, but as you said I don't really know much as what to do with it, and therefore to me it means nothing much. I am not easily bribed either anyways, I would easily leave any place if I felt a great wrong was done, in this case I dont.

Anyways I don't care about the bots anymore becuase I didn't know they were stolen and me and Zim are fine, so therefore your little bot argument can go die becuase I already talked it out with Zim and frankly, he doesnt care.

And we all know your only getting this angry becuase SSN shut you down for whatever reasons, not becuase you feel so utterly ruined or betrayed. Go to some anger managment classes psy, it might help.

You forgot about the part where you failed to do a background check on the people who were offering to host you, and the part where someone put a gun to your head and forced you to accept and use their hosting. It seems to me that youre the only person to blame.

Besides, Ive seen this happen a number of times -- and most large companies have policies similar to it. IE: Anything you post on the AIM forums becomes property of AOL and they may use the content in any way they see fit.

Dont get me wrong though, Im not saying what they did (allegedly) is acceptable, but youre the dumbass who trusted them.

I have not have any problems with ms or nf. I never saw any stolen things in that arena this all happened a day i wasnt on. Its not mks fault and nor will it ever be. And Psyphi if one more of your players comes to mk and starts on with it there will be some consequences.

Even if she did put stolen stuff in there. Its an private arena, where no was aloud but staff, nf, and ms. Otheres players ahd to be invited. She had every right to look at your stuff.

Psyphi i had respect for you but everytime you get into trouble with a server you try to fuck it any way you can. Well now you own your own server and gl with it you will see how hard it is to run a server.

And to anyone else who think ms and nf our bad people well most of you ave been hosted by them and have been kicked off for some bad reasons and some good reasons. Ms and nf can close anyone anytime for anything no matter what. They could close mk right now for no reason, but hopefully they wont. SSN may move a lot but atleast its up and lets all zones almost on. This keeps low zones trying to get pop alive.

I hope that you guys will change your ways a little and i am sry that nf quit the game again. She is a good person and i dont care if you all hate me for this because i am tired of remaining neutral in events like these when someone i like gets attacked.

Lets hope nf comes back to the game and that you can keep your temper under control (pspyhi)

Today I was offered a promotion for Zone Wide Network somethin somethin long n fancy, level 0 netop. Becuase I do not agree with how MS-DOS attained Zim's bots and how they were atained, I then got demoted to zonewide netop.

I will take this time now to say that I do take full responsibility for all that took place, since it did happen in my zone. But I will further say that it is my fault, and to not let this tarnish in any way Mystic Kingdom's name. Let me be looked down on, not get netop anywhere ever again, but to not burden Mystic Kingdom with being branded as the zone that stole the AI bot. So I am now accepting full responsibility, and would like to appoligize to both Invader-Zim for allowing his bots to be used, and I appologize to Psyphi, for allowing an arena which even for a short time held his graphics in it.

Both mk and bf's first choice was SSI. Hell I wait'd a month before I even went to SSN for a response from SSI. You were supposed to be away in the Air Force according to various sources, Death+, Invader-Zim and I read it somewhere on SSI site or forum. Argyle had email'd me back asking if I still need'd hosting but that email was 2 months after I requested and I still have not received a response from him. That last email was about a month ago. No self respecting zone wants to go to SSN but was forced to because there was no host. I could of just kept my zone down for another 4 months instead of 1 I guess but I've spent 2 years of my life developing this zone and can't stand seeing it be for nothing. On another note 1st are you back home?

PS: I in no way mean to insult SSI in this post I'm just pointing out that there were no other hosts. I understand that SSI has a very buisy schedual.
