How do I set the timer after one team collects all of the flags before they win the flag game? Right now after one team collects all the flags they win instantly. I want it to take like 10 seconds or so before they win.

Can't. You either have to have them holding all the flags (jackpot style) to win, which is instant, or you have to have them drop all the flags to win (warzone), which requires bases to defend and such.

Then when you are holding a flag, you got 10 seconds to get another kill before your timer is reset, or you have 10 seconds to hide the flag.
