[Mine GO BOOM]

Since the rebuild, PHP was not able to send out email, and PHP didn't bother to log it in the error logs that it was failing to call sendmail correctly. I fixed this and tested that it works, and setup PHP to actually record more error levels now to logs.

For most of you, this is useless, but I know some like getting emails from the forums, and I'm sorry it was broken for so long.

To deal with these types of issues in the future, please use the newly create Mantis Bug Tracker for reporting issues. It has anonymous reporting right now, so you don't even need to create an account if you find an issue with the server.
