ok well i know what you said to souldew (i think thats his name). Well ive used the search bar and i still cant find a ship editor. so could anyone recommend me one thats kinda simple. Please help me

the settings file is a simple text file, you just open it with notepad

Or ingame, if you are sysop, hit Esc, then C
it will bring you the settings editor, change values, F10 to save, and you got your new values.

That's in the settings. You can do that through the settings editor (the same thing Samapico instructed you of).
