I heard a lot about this 'BanG' program, I have asked moderators in Trench Wars about it and I told them my situation and they said they don't know. What my situation is, is that I need the program to be able to have full control in my zone (Homeland). In order to do so, I need the program, but I don;t know where to get it.

BanG is native to the SSC biller

To have a BanG clone to use in your zone, I recommend trying to get hosted by SSI or SSN or some established host.
