Server Help

hey. by any chance does anyone know how to make a LAN server and get a networked group of computers to play in the same arena. i have 3 computers all working on one network and i cant seem to get any of them to play in subspace together. it always disconnects someone. how can i get them all to use the one connection to the internet to play multiple people here at my place. ummm well if anyone knows how please take the time to help a poor soul. jlasley@yahoo.com or ill check back every day until i get an working answer. thanks.

You do not need an Internet connect what-so-ever, at all.

Your connecting to an outside zone (ie: a SSC one) from behind your network, and one of your people always gets disconnected whenever all three try to play in one zone?

What type of network you running? Cable/dsl/56k into one computer, which then shares to other? Cable/dsl into a router, whichs shares to all computers?

Have you tried using the ?help command in game to get the attention of mods, asking if anyone would be able to check the server logs as to why one of your people gets disconnected? Some zone sysops can be friendly, and will check to see if the server reported a reason why they were disconnected.
